Kevin M. Ulmer, Ph.D.
Dr. Ulmer is the Founder and Executive Director of Seaquester. Kevin received his Ph.D. in Biological Oceanography from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) / Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) Joint Program, but spent the bulk of his professional career as a serial entrepreneur and inventor in biotechnology. In July 2010, Kevin brought his career full-circle and was appointed a Guest Investigator in the Marine Chemistry & Geochemistry Department (MC&G) at WHOI, initially working in the Office of Applied Oceanography. Kevin graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in both Physics and Biology from Williams College.
